Dr. Siobhán Clarke is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computer Science and Statistics, and was elected a Fellow of Trinity College in 2006. She is a Principal Investigator in Science Foundation Ireland's Lero CSET and is participating in a number of EU projects. Her research addresses programming models and frameworks for service-oriented computing on mobile, embedded devices, with a particular focus on dynamic adaptation in such environments. She has published two books with Addison-Wesley, with other publications appearing in IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, ACM Transactions on Embedded Computing Systems, ACM OOPSLA, ACM ICSE, IEEE Computer, and other top conference and journal venues. She is Associate Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Internet Computing, and serves on the Editorial Boards of IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering and Springer Transactions on Aspect-Oriented Software Development
